Gardaí seek stolen cosmetics truck

Cosmetics and sunglasses worth more than €300,000 have been stolen from Dublin docks.

Cosmetics and sunglasses worth more than €300,000 have been stolen from Dublin docks.

The theft occurred Saturday evening and gardaí a stolen Scania lorry hooked up a 40ft white container at Alexandra Road and drove away.

The registration number of the Scania truck is 98 D 9845 while the container has blue and orange rear doors and the registration number 00 D 106259.

The container carries the brand name "Morgan M" and anyone with information is asked to contact the Gardai at Store St on (01) 666 8011.
