Two held in Dundalk after Rosslare drugs seizure

A man and woman are being held at Dundalk garda station following the seizure of 23 kilos of cannabis resin.

A man and woman are being held at Dundalk garda station following the seizure of 23 kilos of cannabis resin.

The drugs with an estimated street value of almost €163,000 were discovered at Rosslare.

They were concealed in a UK-registered Audi estate car which arrived on a ferry from Cherbourg in France at lunchtime.
