Patients group to discuss A&E crisis

The crisis in the country's A&E departments will be discussed at a meeting of a new patients group in Dublin this morning.

The crisis in the country's A&E departments will be discussed at a meeting of a new patients group in Dublin this morning.

"Patients Together" was formed as a result of the crisis in the casualty department in the Mater Hospital.

The group is planning out a course of action, which is likely to include a request for a meeting with the Minister for Health, Tánaiste Mary Harney.
