Man in custody in connection with stab death

Gardaí in Dublin are continuing to question a man in connection with the death of another man yesterday.

Gardaí in Dublin are continuing to question a man in connection with the death of another man yesterday.

The dead man was found with stab wounds in the hallway of the Manor Villas apartment clock in Harold's Cross at around 6.30am yesterday.

Gardaí say the man had received a number of stab wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.

A man in his twenties was arrested and is still being detained at Sundrive Road Garda Station.

Gardaí are appealing to any witnesses to the incident to come forward.
