Two to appear before courts in relation to attack

Two men are due in court in Dublin today charged in connection with an attack on two Chinese men.

Two men are due in court in Dublin today charged in connection with an attack on two Chinese men.

They were set upon in Temple Bar, close to the Central Bank, in the early hours of yesterday.

One of the victims, a 50-year-old man, remains seriously ill at St James’ hospital.

Two men, aged in their twenties and thirties, were picked up in the city yesterday and taken to Pearse Street garda station for questioning.

They are to appear before the District Court later today.
