The commercial property market is facing another tough year, according to real estate company DTZ Sherry Fitzgerald.
The company has said competitiveness and confidence is improving, but highlights that challenges remain.

Rental levels in office and industrial markets in the capital fell by almost 50% since the peak, making Dublin a more attractive place to do business.
