FF's Roche tops poll in Wicklow

Fianna Fáil's Dick Roche looks set to retain his seat in the five-seat constituency of Wicklow as he has topped the poll there.

Fianna Fáil's Dick Roche looks set to retain his seat in the five-seat constituency of Wicklow as he has topped the poll there.

He got 10,246 votes with fellow party member Joe Behan has polled 9,431 votes with Fine Gael's Willie Timmons next on 8,072 votes.

The quota is 10,821.

Fine Gael then have Andrew Doyle next on 6,951 votes ahead of Labour's Liz McManus who has 6,751 votes.

Pat Fitgerald is next for Fianna Fáil on 5,029 votes with the Greens' Deirdre De Burca behind on 4,790 votes.
