The Iraqi crisis has dominated The Green Party's convention being held in Ennis today.

The Iraqi crisis has dominated The Green Party's convention being held in Ennis today.

The party hopes the convention will help build on last year's electoral success, which saw its number of TD's increase from two to six.

Dublin MEP Patricia McKenna is preparing to travel with a European delegation to New York for talks with UN secretary Kofi Annan and Chief weapons inspector Hans Blix. She says they will bring a message of support for further weapons inspections.
