A man-hunt is continuing this morning following the latest fatal shooting in Dublin on Friday night.

A 22-year-old man was killed in the attack when a lone gunman entered the Black Horse Inn in Tyrconnell Road, Inchicore, shortly after midnight and opened fire.

A second man, aged 21, who was socialising with the victim, was also shot and sustained non life- threatening injuries.

The attacker then left the pub, turning back and shooting at the outside of the bar.

Nobody else was hit.

Just over an hour before the attack, there was a separate incident involving firearms at the same pub.

A red car drove into the car park at around 11.10pm and two armed men got out and entered the bar.

They then left the premises and drove away in the direction of Bluebell.
