Gardaí in Dublin are continuing to question two men in connection with dissident republican activity.

Gardaí in Dublin are continuing to question two men in connection with dissident republican activity.

They were arrested yesterday evening, after detectives searched a house as part of a planned operation in the south inner city.

There they found three guns and ammunition.

The two men, in their 40s and 20s, are being held under Section 30 of the Offences against the State Act at Shankill and Kevin Street Garda Stations.
