Gardaí investigate cause of Dublin fire

A number of people were evacuated from their homes in Dublin overnight due to a fire at an empty house in the Mulhuddart area of the city.

A number of people were evacuated from their homes in Dublin overnight due to a fire at an empty house in the Mulhuddart area of the city.

Gardaí are currently investigating the cause of the blaze, which happened on Drumheath Avenue.

Nobody was injured, but the vacant property was destroyed.
