Gardaí in Dublin have appealed for help from the public in tracing the whereabouts of four Special Olympics guests who disappeared in the city yesterday.

Gardaí in Dublin have appealed for help from the public in tracing the whereabouts of four Special Olympics guests who disappeared in the city yesterday.

The coach and three athletes from the African nation of Niger haven't been seen since leaving their accommodation in Ballsbridge at 8am yesterday to go shopping in the city centre.

Gardaí said the four, aged between 21 and 37, have very little English and speak French as their native tongue.
