Trio suspended for Fulham
Fulham have Chris Baird, Eric Nevland and Paul Konchesky suspended for tomorrow’s Europa League decider against FC Basle.
Manager Roy Hodgson is also without Andy Johnson (groin), Simon Davies (ankle) and Diomansy Kamara (knee) for the trip to Switzerland.
But Danny Murphy, who lost to Basle during his days at Liverpool, and Dickson Etuhu are both set to return to the Fulham side.
