Three Irish universities are to benefit from a €2m grant from the Blackstone Charitable Foundation.

The National University of Ireland, Galway, Trinity College Dublin and University College Cork will take part in the programme that aims to introduce entrepreneurship as a viable career option.

It is the first time the Blackstone launchpad programme has been established on a university campus outside of the United States.
