Property prices fell again last month, after two months of growth, according to the Central Statistics Office.

Property prices fell again last month, after two months of growth, according to the Central Statistics Office.

National prices dropped by zero-point-six per cent in October, after increasing 0.9% in September, and 0.5% in August.

Dublin prices dropped 0.2% in the month, while the rest of the country saw a sharper drop of 0.9%.

The Central Statistics Office report said that in the twelve-month period to the end of October, prices went down by 8.1%.
