Suspension of Clare players upheld

At a meeting of the GAA's Central Appeal’s Committee last night, appeals on behalf of Clare’s Barry Nugent, Colin Lynch and Andrew Quinn were heard.

At a meeting of the GAA's Central Appeal’s Committee last night, appeals on behalf of Clare’s Barry Nugent, Colin Lynch and Andrew Quinn were heard.

The decision of the Central Hearing’s Committee in the matters was upheld. As Alan Markham was unable to attend, the Committee can hear an appeal on his behalf at a later date if so required.

The decision of the CHC in relation to the imposition of fines on the Clare County Board was also upheld.
