Gardaí investigating an aggravated burglary, which occurred in Dublin last December, have arrested a man.

Gardaí investigating an aggravated burglary, which occurred in Dublin last December, have arrested a man.

The 46-year-old is being questioned at Raheny Garda station.

Four men broke into a house at Casana View, Howth on December 13 last year, threatened a woman and her eight-year-old daughter with a nail bar and demanded cash.

The thieves made off with a sum of money and the home owner's car, which was found a short time later in Howth Village.
