A dominant midfield display by John Kealy and Noel Garvin boosted visitors Laois to an unlikely victory in Navan today.

A dominant midfield display by John Kealy and Noel Garvin boosted visitors Laois to an unlikely victory in Navan today.

However, despite the success both Laois and Meath ahve been relegated to Division 2.

The O'Moore County lead by 1-06 to 1-05 at the break and always looked the most likely winners after the sending off of Meath defender Cormac Murphy in the 46th minute.
