Munster's Ian Dowling wants to take his game to the next level and win his first full Ireland cap.

Munster's Ian Dowling wants to take his game to the next level and win his first full Ireland cap.

"My next goal is to try and win an Irish cap," he said followinbg Munster's second Heineken Cup win in three seasons.

"It is difficult to know where I stand in the pecking order with Ireland. But, I have no intention of travelling to make up the numbers."

"Right now, things are so hectic you just keep looking forward. There is no time to reflect on anything."
