Katie's sister: All our sacrifices worth it now

Katie Taylor's sister has said her family are willing her to do well in the Olympic final today.

The 26-year-old Bray native will face Russia's Sofya Ochigava at 4.45pm at the London 2012 games this evening in a bid to bring home a gold medal.

Thousands of people will watch the match on a big screen near Katie's home.

Katie's sister Sarah said the whole Taylor clan would be fighting with her this evening.

"As a family you have to make sacrifices. We definitely do that, and we do it well," she said.

"We all come together and it's worthwhile now because we're in the final of an Olympics. We're absolutely delighted."
