George Michael has revealed that he is planning to retreat from the public eye after his US tour.
The 44-year-old singer, who announced his first North American dates in 17 years last week, admits that the performances are largely for the fans.
“I have no real intention of reawakening my career in America,” he tells Entertainment Weekly.
However, the former Wham! star assures fans it’s not the end of his music-making.
George also spoke out about why he decided to write a "no-holds-barred" autobiography, saying: “I've done too many stupid things for there not to be movies made about me when I’m dead, so I might as well write the script.”
