Jewell sweats on injury concerns
Derby manager Paul Jewell will take a head count ahead of his side’s Barclays Premier League clash with Liverpool at Pride Park on St Stephen's Day.
Defenders Claude Davis (knee), Andy Griffin (calf) and Andy Todd (back) are all out, while midfielder David Jones is sidelined with a groin strain.
Captain Matt Oakley is again doubtful with a thigh injury after missing yesterday’s 2-2 draw at Newcastle where goalkeeper Stephen Bywater and defender Darren Moore picked up shoulder and back problems, although both should be fit to face the Reds.
