Two still in custody in relation to fatal Dublin stabbing

Two people remain in garda custody this morning in connection with the fatal stabbing of a 26-year-old man in north Dublin yesterday morning.

Two people remain in garda custody this morning in connection with the fatal stabbing of a 26-year-old man in north Dublin yesterday morning.

James Donaghue was found dead on the Dane Road in Ballymun in the early hours of the morning.

Witnesses say he was stabbed twice in the chest and struck in the face with a bottle by four men who carried out the attack.

A post mortem is due to be carried out on his body later today.
