Three people who were arrested in connection with a 'tiger' kidnapping in Dublin last week have been released without charge.

Three people who were arrested in connection with a 'tiger' kidnapping in Dublin last week have been released without charge.

Gardaí this week made a total of eight arrests following the abduction of a bank official and his wife, and the robbery of €300,000 in the early hours of September 2.

One of those arrested was charged with money laundering, becoming the first person charged with an offence under new legislation aimed at combating 'tiger' kidnapping.
