Consumer prices falling faster in Dublin
The Central Statistics Office says consumer prices are falling faster in Dublin than in the rest of the country.
However, the latest figures show average prices in Dublin are still 4.4% higher than they are outside the capital.
The differential is mainly due to pub prices.
When alcohol is excluded, Dublin is just 2% more expensive.
