Man in custody after €300,000 after heroin seizure

A 36-year-old man is in custody following a €300,000 heroin seizure in the Crumlin area of Dublin yesterday.

A 36-year-old man is in custody following a €300,000 heroin seizure in the Crumlin area of Dublin yesterday.

Two kilos of the drug were seized during a search of a car on Windmill Road at around midday.

The man taken into custody is being held at Crumlin garda station, where he can be detained for up to seven days without charge.
