Scotland coach Ian McGeechan has received a welcome injury boost ahead of Saturday's Six Nations encounter against Wales.

McGeechan has reported that Scott Murray and John Leslie will both be fit for the game at the Millennium Stadium.

Saracens lock Murray missed training on Monday with a bruised knee while Leslie sat out the session with calf injury.

But McGeecham said: "The players are fine and we gave them an extra day to recover on Monday.

"Everybody trained yesterday and today so at the moment we are at full strength for the game."
