Connacht have been forced to make one change to their side for Saturday¹s Parker Pen European Challenge Cup encounter against Pau at the Sportsground (kick-off 2pm).

Centre Mark McHugh suffered a leg injury in training and coach Michael Bradley has decided not to risk him.

As a result Tim Allnutt is recalled to the squad and will start at inside centre.

He also resumes the captaincy of the side from hooker Bernard Jackman.

The second leg takes place in France next week with the winners going on to meet either London Irish or Narbonne in the quarter-finals.
