Charles Mbabazi Livingstone put St Pat's into the seocnd round of the InterToto Cup as the Inchicore club made history with their first ever win in European club competition to beat Croatian side Rijeka in the second leg of their first round tie to win on away goals.

St Pat's will now meet Belgian side KAA Gent in the first leg of the second round in Belgium next Saturday.

St Pat's keeper Shay Kelly made two excellent saves before Mbabazi Livingtone put Saints in front with what proved the only goal of the game on 23 minutes.

The Ugandan raced clear on to Paul Donnelly's pass to round Matko Kalinic and shoot home.
