Derry, London, Wicklow, Louth, Mayo and Roscommon were the winners on a busy day of action in Divisions 3A and 3B of the Allianz National Hurling League.

In Division 3A, there was a trio of away victories as Derry, London and Wicklow all made their journeys worthwhile.

Derry bounced back from an eight-point deficit to register a 1-20 to 0-19 win over Kildare at St Conleth’s Park in Newbridge.

The Oak Leafers trailed by 0-13 to 0-05 approaching half-time. However, a Paddy Henry goal cut the deficit to five points at the break.

London secured a hard-earned 3-15 to 2-10 win over Armagh at the Athletic Grounds.

Armagh had led by 1-9 to 1-05 at half-time. Paul Breen and Declan Coulter scored the Orchard County goals.

Wicklow made it back-to-back wins thanks to a 1-11 to 0-11 victory over Meath at Navan. Wicklow had led by 1-07 to 0-01 at half-time, but braved a strong Meath fightback on the restart.

Louth are top of the Division 3B table, following their 3-18 to 1-04 hammering of Monaghan at Dowdallshill.

Mayo did most of the damage in the first half as they earned a 1-13 to 0-09 win over Fingal in Castlebar.

The hosts led by 1-10 to 0-04 with half-forward Niall Murphy striking their goal. Kenny Feeney top-scored for the eventual winners with six points.

Shane Morley, Patrick Connell, Brian Higgins, Eoghan Madigan, Darren McTighe and Stephen Hoban also scored for the home side.

Mayo's Connacht rivals Roscommon also impressed as they dug out a 1-14 to 2-09 win over Donegal at Letterkenny.

Today's win places Roscommon in fourth place just behind Fingal on scoring difference. Donegal, Sligo and Monaghan prop up Division 3B with all three sides yet to register a win.
